1. User Eligibility

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these conditions.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Qryx QR generation and link shortening tools for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to:

• Spreading malware, viruses, trojans, or phishing links.
• Promoting illegal substances, gambling, pornography, or hate speech.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) using redirect paths.
• Attempting to bypass access controls or subscription limits.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all actions taken under your account name or API credentials. You must notify us immediately at info@technoengine.com of any security breach or unauthorized usage of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Premium plans are billed on a recurring basis (Monthly or Yearly). Payments are processed securely via our gateway (Razorpay). All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You can cancel your subscription at any time; however, payments are non-refundable except as required by local laws.

5. Intellectual Property

Qryx, including its logo, site design, proprietary source code, algorithms, and stylesheets, is the sole property of Technoengine. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the platform services during your subscription term.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend, update, modify, or terminate services for maintenance, upgrades, or security enhancements without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technoengine and Qryx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenues, or analytics integrity.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
